Turns out, we spent quite a bit of time digging through files too. 📂👀
One candidate looked pretty good at first. Age checked out, experience was there, everything seemed fine. Then we came across her medical report. 🩺
Some of the information wasn’t clear, and the supporting documents weren’t complete. So we couldn’t simply tick the box and move on.
Because honestly, a biodata can tell you quite a lot, but we couldn’t move forward without proper medical clearance.
Sometimes it takes just one detail to make you go “Okay, wait a bit first.”
Looking back, glad we took the time to check instead of simply moving on to the next step.🙌😮💨
